The Wood Workshop, also at 47 Sandwell St, Buckhaven, manufactures Planters, Bird Boxes, Bat Boxes and Benches, amongst other things, mainly from reclaimed wood.
They have a comprehensive supervised teaching structure to allow volunteers to acquire competence certificates, proving their competence in using certain equipment while helping to make the above articles.
These certificates not only build their confidence but can also be used to help them obtain employment
