The Buckhynd Braes story began as a way to preserve the delicious produce we teach our volunteers how to grow and financially support our work as a charity.
We use organic production methods to grow healthy fruit and vegetables in our community gardens and orchards, which we then turn into our lovely products. We produce a variety of products including good old traditional jams, flavourful chutneys and pickles, and scrumptious fruit juices and cordials. Every year we also harvest a small batch of honey from our bee hives.

We harvest a wide variety of apples from our community gardens and orchards in Buckhaven and Methil. We then press the apples in small batches to produce our most famous product. As our product is 100% natural with no additives, the natural taste and colour can vary seasonally.
